On this page you will find projects and prototypes from my Bachelor and Master studies. All projects were carried out in group work.

Proxemic Museum

A museum experience that lets you discover art through body movement

Interaction Design
Museum Installation
Gesture Interfaces

2025

Proxemic Museum is an interactive installation that lets you discover art through body movement. Different works of art can be explored through gestures, revealing hidden details and enabling new perspectives. Proxemic Museum lets visitors engage with paintings on a deeper level, is space-efficient and makes the static museum experience more immersive and interactive.

Paperverse

Experimental game prototype

Tangible Interfaces
Interaction Design

2025

Paperverse is an innovative game concept that brings analog drawings into a physics-based, digital game world. Players use sticky notes and a pen to create interactive objects that are seamlessly integrated into the projected game in real-time.

Paperverse is blending the player’s real surroundings with an interactive game experience. Instead of using traditional input devices, players can use their endless creativity and bring their drawings to life to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles. Can they help Stevie, the game's main character, in achieving his mountaineering dreams?

CRE - Creative Rehabilitation Elixir

A cooperative VR escape room experience

Virtual Reality
Experience Design
Unreal Engine

2023

As part of a semester abroad at VIA University Aarhus, a small group developed a prototype of a hybrid escape room experience in the span of three weeks. The two players are spatially separated and have to collect and combine clues from their virtual and real environments via walkie-talkies in order to free each other from their cells. A tongue-in-cheek background story accompanies the cooperative puzzle.

Eye of God

Data sets as art

Light installation
Data visualization

2020

For the final project in the subject "Interactive Design", a data set (weather data) was translated into a light and sound installation. An Arduino motor, controlled by data, vibrates the strings of a guitar and thus creates the sound. Meanwhile, the same movement in a bowl of water produces the light installation.

Aura

Installation for collective, spontaneous meditation

Installation
Machine Learning

2023

Within three weeks and based on the UN's 16th Sustainable Development Goal (peace), a prototype to audiovisually convey the concepts of meditation and connect people with each other was designed. The installation uses motion tracking and the moiré effect to create a visible interplay between multiple spectators of the installation. When the moiré patterns of individuals overlap, new forms and movements emerge. A visual interplay between seemingly unfamiliar people grows out of their own, isolated aura. The installation was designed to be set up in the streets of Aarhus.

Browser-based, gesture-controlled synthesizer

Interaction design
Web design
Sound

2021

In the third semester of "Interactive Media", a browser-based synthesizer tool was developed in a group project. The basic idea is to translate gestures and physical expressions into sound. These two aspects are closely linked in classical art disciplines such as theater and dance. This approach is pursued by means of gesture recognition and a web-based 3D and sound engine.

Rogue Creation

Third-person action roguelike

Game design
Narrative design
Sound design

2022

Rogue Creation is a futuristic third-person action roguelike set in the aftermath of a devastating energy and environmental catastrophe. Players explore procedurally generated levels and use their skills created with the complex crafting system to defeat enemies in action-packed battles.
